We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to spearhead client relationship management, focusing on IT verticals such as software development, cloud, and infrastructure. This vital role encompasses both contract and permanent placements.


Our client, a prominent figure in the IT recruitment sector, is on an impressive growth trajectory, specialising in IT-focused recruitment solutions. With a robust presence and a key player on government panels, they are expanding rapidly. This growth phase has led to a significant increased workload, necessitating the addition of an experienced Account Manager to their vibrant team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster client relationships, ensuring the company's continued support to key stakeholders.
  • Lead the recruitment process end-to-end, aligning client needs with the best talent.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to the company's growth initiatives and team projects.
  • Supported by candidate mangers to assist with the facilitation of the recruitment process.


About you:

  • Strong background in recruitment, IT sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication, client management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • You are hungry to succeed and want to become the next million dollar biller.
  • Experience in high volume and contract, temp work is advantageous.
  • Self-driven individual who is process oriented and proactive.
