Principal Recruitment Consultant

Our national client is expanding their Brisbane team and is seeking a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the white-collar engineering sector. If you have experience in engineering recruitment and are ready to take on an exciting challenge in a growing industry, this opportunity is perfect for you.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the engineering desk, focusing on key positions such as Project Engineers, Site Managers, and Engineering Managers. You’ll need a mix of strong business development skills and the ability to effectively leverage national PSAs to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 360 end-to-end recruitment, specialising in white-collar engineering roles.
• Develop new business and maintain existing client relationships within the engineering sector.
• Build and manage a strong talent pool of engineering professionals for current and future opportunities.

About You:

• A recruitment professional with at least 2 years of experience, ideally within white-collar engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proactive and driven, with a desire to build a thriving desk in the engineering space.
• Self-starter and go-getter, eager to grow both financially and professionally.
