About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our clients Sydney team. In this role, you will focus on recruiting white-collar professionals within the construction industry, including positions such as project managers, site managers, estimators, quantity surveyors, and other key roles. You will play an essential role in driving the success of our clients' construction projects by identifying and securing top talent.

About you:

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the construction or related industries.
• Strong understanding of white-collar roles within the construction sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also driving individual success.
