Recruitment Consultant

Our national client is expanding their Brisbane team and is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the healthcare sector. If you're committed to connecting top healthcare professionals with leading healthcare providers, this opportunity is for you.

You'll be instrumental in growing the healthcare recruitment desk, focusing on high-demand roles such as Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals, Doctors and Aged Care Professionals. This role combines excellent business development skills with the ability to maximise national PSA agreements to their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• 360-degree recruitment cycle, managing end-to-end processes.
• Develop new business and strengthen relationships with existing healthcare clients.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool of healthcare professionals for current and future needs.

About You:

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare recruitment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive and motivated individual who thrives in building and expanding a healthcare desk.
• A self-starter who is eager to grow both financially and professionally.
