Senior Recruitment Consultant - Accounting

Our national client is expanding their Brisbane team and seeking a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant with a knack for the accounting and finance sector. If you’re passionate about matching top talent with leading companies and have experience in accounting recruitment, this is for you.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial finance desk, focusing on critical positions such as Finance Managers to Payroll Specialists. This role requires a mix of savvy business development skills and the ability to leverage our national PSAs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• 360 end to end recruitment responsibilities.
• Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships within the finance sector.
• Build and maintain a talent pool of finance professionals for current and future opportunities.

About you:

• A recruitment professional with at least 2 years of experience, ideally within accounting and finance sectors.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset, ready to build a strong desk into a thriving source of top-tier talent.
• Self starter & go getter who is keen to grow financially and professionally.
