About the role:

• Handle temp and perm recruitment within your specialised area.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates in commercial finance, public practice, and other key sectors.
• Identify and act on business development opportunities, expanding the client base and ensuring the continued success of your desk.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to the growth of the team.

About you:

• Experience in recruitment, particularly in commercial finance or public practice roles.
• A self-motivated and driven individual, eager to expand their desk and build strong relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, focused on achieving KPIs and driving success.
• A team player who values collaboration, but is also capable of working independently.
