Senior Recruitment Consultant

Xclusive Recruitment has partnered with a major national IT recruitment agency in Brisbane CBD. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 360-degree Recruitment Consultant to join our clients vibrant team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a warm desk and you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients.

About the role:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts within the government and commercial sectors.
• Work closely with a dedicated resourcing team to identify and place top talent.
• Engage in business development activities to expand client base.
• End to end recruitment duties 360.

About You:

• Has at least 12 months of IT recruitment experience.
• Is financially motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Enjoys working in a flexible, collaborative environment.
• Is comfortable with business development and client engagement.
• Ability to manage and build relationships with high-profile clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
